Community Outreach at North South Physical Therapy

North South Physical Therapy believes in being a good citizen of the communities in which it serves: Boston, Brockton, Roslindale, and a sister office, Broadway Physical Therapy, in Revere, Massachusetts. By working together we can improve our health and that of the community. We support the following organizations:

Cape Verdean Festival 2010

North South PT once again hosted a table helping the community with their fund raising. Patients and community members enjoyed our free insulated drink holders and IPod Raffle.

The Health Summit 2010

North South PT participated for the first time in the Annual Health Summit held at the Roxbury YMCA, again supporting this community's endeavors. Give-aways included miniature basketball stress balls and a free IPod raffle.

Brazilian Rodeo, Hudson Massachusetts 2010

Since we opened Main Street Physical Therapy (our Brockton office) in 1999 we have always supported the community and their endeavors. This year was no different when we hosted a table at the Brazilian Rodeo in Hudson Massachusetts. Patients and community members alike enjoyed our table with the soccer hacky sacks, keychains, rodeo boot insulated drink holders and the ipod raffle!

Cape Verdean Festival 2009

In 2009 we hosted a table at the Cape Verdean Festival. Patients and community members alike enjoyed our table trying on and taking home our company T-shirts and pens. Look at our two assistants Nadia and Maria having fun, come to our Brockton office, Main Street Physical Therapy and check us out!

	Cradles to Crayons Our staff and clients all enjoy participating in donations of clothing and toys from Thanksgiving to just before Christmas. We are happy to share so we can bring joy to more homes.
	Adult Softball, Little League Softball, Baseball and Soccer North South Physical Therapy sponsors many children's and adult leagues.
	Washington Gateway North South Physical Therapy is a member of the Washington Gateway Community for the betterment of the community.
	Washington State PTs Bring Energy and Passion to State Capitol‏ PT Bulletin Online is published weekly by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) (www.apta.org) and distributed by e-mail and online as a benefit to APTA members (ISSN 1538-6708).
